Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Delivery/Project Manager at Associate Director level to lead our technology-enabled transformation initiatives permanently.
The role involves advising client organizations on a wide range of IT topics, including project delivery, IT design, business readiness, change management, and IT service operations.
Our Technology Consultants will work with clients to deliver, architect, and design innovative, flexible, and cost-effective technology and infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and delivering comprehensive IT strategies and operating models
- Leading large-scale technology transformation programmes/projects
- Assisting in recovery from major incidents such as Cyber Ransomware attacks
- Implementing IT governance and operations processes (e.g., Agile, SDLC, ITIL, COBIT)
- Guiding clients into cloud-based solutions (IAAS, SAAS, PAAS)
- Modernizing legacy IT platforms and End User environments
- Advising on emerging technologies like AI, Robotics, Analytics, Blockchain
Requirements
A proven track record of driving and delivering strategic projects
Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to shape, build, and lead cross-functional teams
Experience leading enterprise technology transformation initiatives
Experience delivering large-scale project implementations, e.g., CRM, ERP across the full software development lifecycle
Experience with both traditional and modern project and/or software delivery methods
Knowledge of topics like Architecture, Solution/Business Design, Service Management, Risk & Controls, Applications (CRM, SAP), and Change Management
