Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

The role of Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator is a vital component in the company's supply and demand ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for executing activities that enable the business to fulfill its commitments to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise data from enterprise resource planning systems to provide accurate stock balances and estimated lead times to sales teams, customer services, and customers.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of shipments via the ERP system in line with customer requirements, product availability, lead times, and dispatch capacity.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to sales orders via the ERP system in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer shipping specifications in Sage X3 and update as necessary.
  • E nsure all relevant additional logistic-related charges are accurately applied to new sales orders in accordance with provided matrices.
