German Speaking Accounts Administrator Job

We are seeking a German speaking accounts administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based at our office and involves servicing and collection of past due loan and maintenance fee accounts.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills and experience within a customer service based role. They will also have the ability to follow instructions and work on their own initiative to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and collection of past due loan and maintenance fee accounts as assigned
  • Execution of loan and maintenance fee calls to owners worldwide, requesting payment and aiming to reduce and control delinquency of past due accounts
  • Provide regular updates on overdue loan and maintenance fee accounts
  • Communicate with owners by phone, email and post requesting payment and discuss possible resolutions to bring their account back into good standing
