Performance Assessment Framework Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled specialist to join our team in assessing and reporting on the performance of our water services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing data related to our customer numbers, consumption, and key activities undertaken by our organization. This includes complaints and boil water notices, as well as customer rights and entitlements.

In addition, the specialist will assess our overall performance in delivering defined services to our customers within allocated budgets and resources. Alongside this report, we also publish a non-reporting letter outlining any failures to meet specific metrics under our Performance Assessment Framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing customer data and statistics
  • Assessing performance against set criteria and benchmarks
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance assessment and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
