Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance analysis across all digital channels, including paid media, SEO, email, social, and web.
  • Monitor web performance data (traffic sources, conversion paths, engagement, bounce rates) to develop strategic narratives around user behavior.
  • Identify trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities across campaigns and digital touchpoints.
  • Develop marketing dashboards and executive reporting using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Translate complex analytics into compelling insights tailored to business audiences.
  • Partner with brand and digital strategy leads to define KPIs and assess success against business objectives.
  • Drive post-campaign evaluation and support pre-launch strategy through data modeling and historical analysis.
  • Ensure high data quality through rigorous QA processes and accurate tagging frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, performance marketing, or marketing science roles.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing KPIs and web analytics methodologies.
  • Proven ability to distill complex datasets into business-oriented narratives.
  • Advanced proficiency in dashboarding and visualization platforms.
  • Strong working knowledge of UTM structures and conversion tracking.
  • Experience querying cloud-based data warehouses and familiarity with Python, R, or SQL.
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
