Key responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively to construct timber frame wall panels, roof trusses, and floor joists.
  • Operate woodwork machinery to handle timber for manufacturing.
  • Deliver quality results by working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Continuously improve quality standards and meet delivery expectations.
  • Adhere to provided information when completing tasks.
  • Previous experience in timber frame production, including roofing and flooring.
  • Proficiency with crosscut and table saws.
  • A valid forklift or counterbalance certification.
  • Practical experience using hand tools and basic joinery or woodworking techniques.
  • General carpentry and manufacturing background.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and 'get it right first time' attitude.
  • Excellent teamwork and organisational skills.
  • Able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Competitive hourly rate.
