\Monitoring Administrator Role\

We are seeking a skilled Monitoring Administrator to play a critical role in maintaining visibility across customer infrastructure by managing and optimizing monitoring platforms.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Manage and maintain monitoring systems, including Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Logic Monitor.
  • Implement and adjust monitors based on requests from internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of alerts to reduce noise and improve incident response.
  • Create and manage user accounts, defining permissions to control visibility and access across customer environments.
  • Handle password resets for external users.
\Required Skills & Qualifications:\
  • Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Logic Monitor (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of SNMP, SSH, and agent-based monitoring.
  • Familiarity with network and server infrastructure.
