The Monitoring Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining visibility across customer infrastructure by managing and optimizing monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring Management: Administer and maintain monitoring systems, ensuring timely alerting and effective onboarding/offboarding for proactive service delivery.
  • Implement and adjust monitors based on requests from internal teams, including disk space alerts, network throughput, and UPS battery status.
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of alerts to reduce noise and improve incident response.
  • User Access & Account Management: Create and manage user accounts with defined permissions to control visibility and access across customer environments.
  • Enable/disable accounts, enforce MFA policies, and handle password resets for external users.

To be successful, you will need:

Key Qualifications
  • Experience with Kaseya, Datto RMM, and Logic Monitor (or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with SNMP, SSH, and agent-based monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of network and server infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
