Revit Model Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit model specialist to lead the production and coordination of technical drawings for various project types.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and BIM managers to ensure coordinated and efficient workflows throughout design and construction phases.
  • Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192).
  • Support project delivery through all design stages from concept to construction documentation.
  • Develop and maintain Revit families, templates, and content libraries in line with company standards.
  • Enforce BIM protocols, standards, and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Revit Technician or BIM Technician role, ideally in a senior capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit is essential.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other Autodesk tools desirable.
  • Strong technical understanding of architectural or engineering detailing and construction methods.
  • Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects across different sectors.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and time management.
  • Ability to lead or manage a small team of technicians when required.
