Job Title: Mechanical Services BIM Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Services BIM Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of MEP coordination, strong communication skills, and experience working with design teams and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:- Development of detailed Revit models to LOD 300 & 400
- Generation of construction plans, sections, and detail drawings from Revit models
- Setup of additional Revit families and templates
- Clash management and issue identification and resolution
- Lead coordination meetings with other disciplines and clients
- Relevant third-level certification in a related engineering discipline or a relevant trade qualification
- 3+ years of experience in Revit 3D modeling and drawing production
- Advanced Revit setup and family creation an advantage
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and model management required
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office Outlook, Excel, and Word
