Job Title: Engineering Leadership Position

About the Role:
This leadership position is responsible for driving the performance and growth of our engineering team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a strategic role in developing and delivering a medium-long term engineering strategy for the site, including capacity planning, systems' & technology roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage site and engineering competency activities, pioneering best practices and ensuring process & manufacturing excellence.
  • Develop and deliver technical collaboration and alignment in maintaining manufacturing applications and automation systems.
  • Champion a positive employee environment by promoting open communication, engagement, and development of technical teams.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Science or Business or equivalent field.
  • Minimum 6+ years' experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement organisational and functional strategy.
  • Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills.
