Technical Director - Data Centre

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to lead our data centre projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a leading consultancy and drive the success of our clients.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex technical design activities. They will also be expected to oversee the production of high-quality design information and ensure compliance with internal governance procedures.

  • Leading bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients
  • Ensuring all internal governance is followed both at bid stage and throughout the delivery of projects
  • Identifying and securing targeted projects / revenue

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering large-scale data centre projects and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Fully Qualified Architect or Technologist (Chartered or equivalent)
  • Recent experience of having worked on Data Centre projects
  • Experience of various forms of building contract
  • Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types
