We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Director to lead our Data Centre projects across the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as Lead Designer/Consultant on a portfolio of high-profile projects.
  • Coordinate discipline leads across projects for Architecture and Engineering deliverables.
  • Lead bids commercially and technically for multi-disciplinary opportunities with key clients.
  • Ensure all internal governance is followed both at bid stage and throughout the delivery of projects.
  • Identify and secure targeted projects/revenue streams.
  • Present to clients and prospective clients, showcasing expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Support other Directors in this sector with internal management and strategy development.

Key qualifications include being a Fully Qualified Architect or Technologist (Chartered or equivalent), having recent experience of having worked on Data Centre projects, and knowledge of various forms of building contract, Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage a busy workload and deadlines, and demonstrate IT literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, delivering high-quality architectural and engineering services to clients.
