Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager - Senior Project Leader.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and execution to completion and handover.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading teams to achieve their full potential. You will be able to demonstrate your expertise in technical guidance, leadership, and supervision, ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and other stakeholders

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering management or a related field
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and leading teams
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical engineering
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
