We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to take on the role of Early Years Educator/School Aged Childcare Practitioner in our busy childcare environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to work with children of all ages and be part of a strong team.
About The RoleAs an Early Years Educator/School Aged Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for promoting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children. You will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Work with children of all ages, promoting their overall development and well-being.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that fosters creativity and exploration.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality standards and maintain a positive team dynamic.
- Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 in childcare and have over 1 year's experience working in a busy childcare environment.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, patience, flexibility, and a professional attitude.
