Administrative Coordinator for Legal and Insurance Matters

Job DescriptionWorking within the legal department and reporting to the Insurance Manager, this role will be based in Dublin supporting Mercury business units across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full support to the legal team.
- Manage legal and insurance records and policies.
- Assist the legal team with document reviews.
- Support in the management of the insurance portfolio.
- Assist in the review and approval of client and supply chain insurances.
- Administer insurance documentation, manuals, and certificates.
- Support in the review and management of incident and accident reports.
- Support in the close out of incident investigations and lessons learned.
- Monthly reporting of contract data and insurance incident data to EMT.
- Monthly reporting of insurance claims data to Insurers.
- Obtain signatures, contracts, and other documents on behalf of Mercury.
- Communicate with Project Teams and Support/Head Office Teams.
- Provide support to teams regarding contract process and/or DocuSign queries.
- Monitor DocuSign accounts and internal approval forms.
- Implement amendments and/or version control of contract templates.
- Support in the delivery of training and workshops.
- General office management duties associated with this role.
- Motivated team player with integrity and trust.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take responsibilities and complete tasks to deadlines.
- Experience working in a dynamic corporate environment, adhering to structured processes.
- Experience with DocuSign and Power BI.
- Able to work under pressure.
