Job Title:

Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of transport logistics.

  • Monitoring Trailer Temperatures: Utilize telematics systems to track trailer temperatures and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Transport Operations: Oversee out-of-hours collections and deliveries, managing fleet breakdowns and related issues.
  • Liaising with HGV Drivers: Communicate effectively with drivers to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Customs Procedures: Familiarity with customs procedures between Ireland, the UK, and the EU is highly advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Transport Experience: 3+ years of experience in transport administration or planning.
  • MS Office and Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in MS Office and communication skills are essential.
  • Owning Transport: Comprehensive training will be provided, but owning transport is preferred.
