Marketing Growth Specialist
Job Description:

    As a Marketing Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy to increase the reach of our online media brand. Your primary goal will be to drive audience growth through various channels, including social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and partnerships.

  •     Develop and implement a clear growth plan that covers target audience, channels, budget, and performance metrics.
  •     Experiment with different channels and optimize spending based on results.
  •     Design and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and reach.
  •     Seek out and run partnerships to expand our audience.
  •     Launch and promote special offers, including price tests and limited-time deals.
  •     Track results and share insights with the team.

    In addition to driving growth, you will also be responsible for maintaining basic marketing tooling, setting up renewal and retention efforts, creating a referral program, and tracking results.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

    We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience in online growth for a media brand, with a strong track record of success. You should have experience with data analysis, marketing automation, and social media advertising.

    You will need to be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

    A passion for media and technology is required, as well as a desire to learn and grow with our company.
