Director of Luxury Spa Operations
This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Ireland's renowned luxury spas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee spa operations to ensure successful achievement of overall business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategic plans to measure service/sales performance and individual productivity
- Establish effective communication and teamwork within the spa, prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Train and motivate staff, communicate performance expectations and develop specific goals/objectives
- Collaborate with Hotel departments and participate in meetings as appropriate
- Set clear spa goals and objectives, monitor performance, and provide timely follow-through
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff to maintain a high-performing team and drive sales results
- Monitor and control payroll/operating expenses to achieve optimal profitability
- Implement inventory control procedures to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Oversee daily operations of 5 treatment rooms, small pool, and leisure centre, including interaction with the Leisure Centre Manager
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience working in fast-paced luxury spa environments.
Suitable candidates must have the right to work in the EU without restrictions and possess a background from a luxury 4- or 5-star environment.
