As a key member of our thermal services team, we are seeking an experienced HVAC professional to fill the role of Thermal Customer Engineer.

This field-based position offers considerable independence and flexibility, with a nationwide structure primarily based in Dublin. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for undertaking preventative maintenance, scheduled emergency remedial works, and commissioning of equipment.

You will establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers, coworkers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, service callouts, and commissioning on both Vertiv and third-party equipment.
  • Be available for participation in the Emergency on-call rota.
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to all requests for assistance.
  • Communicate with technical support personnel on equipment issues.
  • Work independently with supervision as required during stages of progression.
  • Adhere to company health and safety policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • National Craft certificate in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or equivalent.
  • F-Gas Certification: EPA, Category 1/Regulation (EU) 2015/2067 or QQI Level 5 or Equivalent.
  • Computer Literacy;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, presentable and professional at all times.
