Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a food service professional. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and professional delivery of food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests warmly, setting up and clearing tables to the correct standards, and assisting with breakfast and banqueting services. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, handle cash and operate a point of sale system, and perform other related tasks as necessary.

Requirements
  • Previous experience within a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • A friendly, bubbly, and flexible attitude.
