Food and Beverage Professional Wanted

The ideal candidate will be a key member of our hotel's food and beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service.

  • To ensure all guests receive the highest standard of service.
  • Assist with setting up dining areas and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Accurately take orders and requests, communicating effectively to relevant colleagues.
  • Serve Food & Beverages in various outlets, including dining rooms, bar, and outdoor areas.
  • Collect room service trays and glassware from corridors.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and follow all hygiene regulations.
  • Upsell and needs-based sell to maximise guest revenue.
  • Record and present accurate orders, bills, and dockets at end of shift.
