About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answering and transacting on Tier 2 inquiries, processes, and requests through our case management platform, ServiceNow, while escalating complex cases to the appropriate COE.
  2. Supporting regional and global projects as required, optimizing processes, and managing transactions moving to People Operations.
  3. Providing reporting needs for various COE groups, utilizing Workday and ServiceNow data to identify inquiry trends and operational weaknesses.
  4. Developing action plans to improve employee experience and self-service, documenting operational processes, and determining which can be managed by our offshore Manila team.
