We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development of our core technology from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the full product development lifecycle—from research and development to regulatory approval and manufacturing scale-up.
  • Building and leading a cross-functional engineering team (mechanical, software, systems).
  • Collaborating with clinical experts, advisors, and partners to ensure technical excellence and clinical impact.
  • Driving the technology roadmap and ensuring IP strategy aligns with business goals.
  • Championing quality and regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA, CE) from day one.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in medical device development, ideally Class II/III.
  • Strong background in systems engineering, product development, or manufacturing scale-up.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (FDA, MDR) and quality systems.
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, hands-on, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and team building.
  • Bonus: Experience with embedded systems, wearable devices, or minimally invasive tech.
