Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at VhiHealth & Wellbeing DAC. As a key member of our Corporate Sales department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
About the Role
This is a full-time and permanent position that requires a high level of commercial awareness, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales campaigns, managing new business enquiries, and coordinating tenders for EAP and OH businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow membership and achieve sales targets across the EAP & OH product range.
- Manage new business enquiries from end to end, including pitch attendance and proposal preparation.
- Work closely with stakeholders such as Corporate Sales, Finance, Legal, and EAP providers to facilitate lead generation and strong sales pipelines.
- Cordinate tenders for EAP and OH businesses, preparing content for documents and quotes via Salesforce template.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A third-level degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing/relationship management/sales role.
- Proven track record of target delivery in a sales environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical awareness.
