">Senior Commercial Leadership Opportunity

This is a senior leadership position focused on driving commercial performance and market competitiveness through data-driven insights, strategic direction, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, build commercial capability across the business, and collaborate with senior stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.

  • The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Ireland or be prepared to relocate.
">Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will define and deliver commercial strategies informed by analytics and insights, lead performance management, including sales tracking, benchmarking, and KPI reporting, introduce and embed best-in-class business analytics practices, drive launch readiness to ensure successful product and brand roll-outs, strengthen commercial teams' capability in market insights and decision-making, lead performance reviews, planning cycles, and incentive schemes, manage complex, high-impact projects across commercial effectiveness, and demonstrate a strong background in business analytics.

">Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies, extensive experience with analytics, insights, and data-driven decision making, strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, demonstrated ability to manage compliance and operational efficiency, experience delivering high-complexity projects, and a strong background in business analytics.

">Preferred Qualifications

A proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles, extensive experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, and experience leading diverse teams across functions are preferred qualifications for this role.
