Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our master data management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our data.

Your primary focus will be on facilitating stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices, develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, and utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities.

Additionally, you will conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies, provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes, document data architecture designs, standards, and best practices, and train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges

  • Utilize Tableau for data processing, analytics, and governance activities

  • Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong project and/or program management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Experience working with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, or PowerBI, and dashboard development is highly desirable.

You should also have a solid understanding of SQL or similar query language, procurement processes, and analytical software. Prior experience managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives is also a plus.
