We are seeking a skilled Advertising Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for driving traffic and conversions through advertising on our paid media channels, with a strong focus on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of performance marketing experience, with a career focused on paid media management and content marketing. They should be a creative individual who is naturally curious and wants to experiment with new and innovative ideas.
The Advertising Associate will collaborate with the Data Science team to create and implement new and disruptive solutions to advertising. They will also work alongside our startup and partner teams to plan and implement campaign strategies across all attendee types.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced business environment where flexibility is a must and direction can change quickly. If you are passionate about technology and innovation, and enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheets, then this could be the perfect role for you.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or relevant experience.
- A deep understanding of paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, with relevant experience in other paid social channels.
- Proven experience in lead generation, with a track record of building and optimising campaigns that drive high-quality inbound interest.
- Strong background in B2B marketing, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quantifiable results, using data to inform decisions and drive performance across the funnel.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics beyond top-line indicators like CTR, with the ability to interpret and act on insights that reflect true marketing effectiveness.
- A motivated strategic thinker who appreciates the high degree of autonomy and responsibility but works really well in a team.
