
Senior Talent Management Specialist

- To support the HR department and site departments to ensure effective systems and processes are in place to drive the business and help deliver people management strategies that support the overall strategic aims and objectives of the organization.
- Assist HR Manager with staffing decisions by assessing needs and objectives, helping managers identify appropriate knowledge/skills/abilities, and involvement in the recruitment & selection process.
- Designs, develops, and implements employee engagement programs and HR initiatives related to the organization's HR strategy.
- Provides guidance and counseling to managers and employees on employee relations, employee discipline, and performance.
- Maintains compliance with National, European, and Corporate HR policies, procedures, and laws.
- Investigates and manages employee relations issues and ensures adherence to the organization's disciplinary procedure.
- Develops and coordinates a communications program that ensures harmonious employee relations.
- Leads the Performance management process for the respective site and ensures all due dates are met.
- Ensures all applicable legal requirements are met and works closely with Legal counsel on all situations that pose a litigation risk or other liability.
- Identifies potential employee initiatives by participating in functional management and employee meetings regularly.
- Maintains an accurate job documentation system by conducting job analyses for jobs as needed, determining status and appropriate grade, and auditing the system regularly to ensure that job descriptions exist for all active jobs.
- Conducts employee training on a variety of HR related areas.
- Maintains confidentiality and sensitivity to employee and organizational data.
Requirements:
- Level 7/8 in Business Studies or other relevant discipline and CIPD Membership.
- 6+ years of related work experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist with a strong understanding of Core HR policies & procedures and experience managing employee relations issues.
- Solid understanding and application of business concepts, HR procedures, and practices.
- Previous experience managing employee relations issues is essential.
- Good knowledge of employment law.
- Previous experience in the design and delivery of leadership training programs.
