Automation Strategy Manager

This role requires an individual who can develop and drive the site's automation strategy and planning activities, ensuring effective provision of automation resources for day-to-day support of operating areas.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement automation strategies that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Manage the link between the team and key customers, internal and/or external.
- Ensure timely delivery of automation projects and initiatives.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics and Instrumentation, Electrical or Electronic Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in process automation and optimization.
- High performance in delivery of work.
- Ability to lead and motivate in a team environment.
