At Brunswick Executive Search Limited, we're on the hunt for a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business growth strategy.
This is an opportunity to join a renowned company as an Enterprise Sales Lead, where you'll be responsible for driving high-value projects and building long-term relationships with top-tier clients in the engineering services sector.
You'll work closely with our specialist team to deliver outstanding results, prospecting new clients, nurturing relationships, and presenting bespoke solutions. With autonomy to create and action your business plan, you'll thrive in this role if you're a dynamic and proactive individual who excels at creating change.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in solution-based or technical sales, experience in specification sales or project sales, and strong relationship-building skills with clients at all levels.
We're looking for a strategic thinker with a pragmatic approach to sales planning, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering value to clients.
You'll also need to be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, and have experience with CRM systems and a full UK driver's license.
