Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing - Cork City

The role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for experienced nurse managers to drive the management of one of our nursing homes in Cork city. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and communication

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 6 years of postgraduate experience in a clinical or management role
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Care of the Older Person within the last 6 years
  • Recent management experience is highly desirable
  • A post-registration qualification in dementia care or a related field is highly desirable
  • A post-registration management qualification in health or a related field is required
