Nursing Home Manager

This is a senior leadership position in our nursing home where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of patient care and housekeeping duties.
- You will support the Director of Nursing with their daily tasks and ensure that operations run smoothly.
- You will take full responsibility for patient care when the Director of Nursing is absent.
You must have at least three years of experience as an ADON or Acting ADON, and be registered with NMBI. You should also have proven clinical and professional abilities, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Key Responsibilities:

- Proven clinical and professional aptitude, organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
