We are seeking a seasoned professional to contribute to the development of new techniques and improve processes for Reconciliations.

This role will integrate subject matter expertise within a defined area, collecting and documenting business requirements for reconciliation solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing recon SDLC end-to-end, balancing bank statements, cashbooks, and general ledgers to ensure financial records are accurate.

You will also be responsible for creating project plans, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central project issue logs. Additionally, you will identify and suggest improvements to reconciliation processes to minimize discrepancies and research time.

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant reconciliation experience, proficiency with reconciliation software, good analytical skills, strong communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
