Job Title: Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within our organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a high level of operational efficiency, guaranteeing that all facilities and equipment are well-maintained and functioning optimally.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the team and take ownership of various responsibilities, including:

  • Maintaining Operational Excellence: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures across all areas of the operation.
  • Station Management: Maintain a pristine and organized station, ensuring that all facilities and equipment are in excellent condition at all times.
  • Operational Leadership: Lead daily operations and serve as the primary point of contact for resolving operational issues and making timely decisions on all aspects of the business.
  • Security Compliance: Oversee strict compliance with vehicle and key security protocols, ensuring reports are submitted by weekly deadlines and any anomalies are addressed promptly.
  • Asset Management: Respond to stock discrepancies and unauthorized removal of telematics devices, addressing these matters in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Fleet Management: Manage fleet cars/vans, upgrades, and space planning, particularly during evening and weekend shifts.
  • Risk Mitigation: Protect the organization from potential risks by ensuring adherence to insurance and terms and conditions protocols.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and drive customer satisfaction (NPS scores) by ensuring all staff adhere to exceptional customer service standards.
  • Operations Coordination: Manage daily operations for Sharebox & D2C requirements, ensuring that all bookings are met within established lead times and serving as the primary point of contact for queries and requests.
  • Leadership by Example: Be present in customer-facing areas and lead by example in upholding and maintaining company standards for service levels.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries/complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring positive resolutions and clear communication on outcomes.
  • Team Oversight: Oversee and account for the day-to-day activities of the operations assistants working in the location, including management of tax discs, idle vehicles, fleet checks, and key control.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular planned and unplanned audits in various departments to ensure compliance with group audit requirements.
