Financial Analyst II Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to play a key role in advanced financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.

This role will involve conducting detailed financial analysis, developing complex financial models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business unit performance and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business scenarios and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools, such as Excel, with experience in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) being a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
