This role is designed to deliver expert financial planning advice to individuals, focusing on retirement planning and overall financial wellbeing. The successful candidate will develop a strong portfolio of clients and support the delivery of member services into corporate environments.
About the RoleThe primary objective of this position is to provide customer-centric financial planning guidance to individual customers. This involves developing and maintaining a robust portfolio of clients and contributing to the delivery of member services within corporate settings.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver tailored financial planning advice to individual customers.
- Establish and grow a substantial client base.
- Support the provision of member services to corporate clients.
- Prior experience in delivering financial planning advice to individuals is essential.
- Able to meet commercial targets and contribute to business growth.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to develop new business opportunities.
- QFA status required; CFP status desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of financial, pension, and investment products, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of building effective client relationships.
