Warehouse Operative Job

We are seeking an experienced warehouse operative to manage the movement of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
  • Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and distributed correctly throughout the warehouse and beyond.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties such as inventory management and maintenance of equipment as required.
  • Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices are crucial for this position.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
Desirable Skills:
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to follow instructions and complete tasks to deadline.
