Job Title: General Operative

We are seeking experienced General Operatives to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading trucks, filling and reclaiming grain ground piles, and other grain handling tasks.
  • Maintenance and operator care of production equipment.
  • Receiving incoming goods and verifying packaging documentation against shipment records.
  • Ensuring safe storage of product in the warehouse.
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts, palletizers, and conveyors.
  • Performing housekeeping duties and general warehouse maintenance.

The successful candidate will also be able to understand and adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 20kg, kneeling.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
