About the RoleThe ideal candidate will lead a leading theatre company in Ireland, strategically and operationally managing its growth to realise its vision of Irish performance for the world.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategically lead the organisation, partnering with the Artistic Director to execute the artistic vision.
- Manage the organisation's operational activities to ensure successful execution of its strategic objectives.
This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, creative flair, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, partnership projects, financial management, and balancing risk with sound judgement.
