Job Description:

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll play a key role in developing new business and maintaining existing relationships. You'll be responsible for understanding cost control, reading your branch's P&L statement, and learning how to deliver exceptional customer service.

We'll teach you effective communication, influencing, and interacting skills to navigate complex customer, vendor, and colleague relationships. You'll learn sales techniques, problem-solving strategies, and conflict management, enabling you to market to local business partners and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff. In return, we'll reward your development with pay increases and opportunities for continued promotions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and maintain existing relationships
  • Understand cost control and read branch P&L statements
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Communicate, influence, and interact effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues
  • Mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but professional experience can be substituted if applicable.

  • Full manual driving license from the Republic of Ireland (accommodations available for applicants with disabilities)
  • No drug or alcohol-related offense on driving record within the last five years
