Medical Specialist in Blood Science

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic laboratory environment, utilizing medical science principles to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team within a Haematology and Blood Transfusion laboratory.
  • Maintain and develop skills in morphology and haematological analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to CORU Registration requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a Haematology or Blood Transfusion laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of morphology and its application in clinical practice.
  • CORU Registration is mandatory for this position.
  • Background in medical science with a focus on haematology or blood transfusion.
