Cybersecurity GRC Remediation Role

The Vice President of Cybersecurity GRC Remediation & Enablement will lead cross-functional remediation efforts and enable risk-informed decision-making across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute remediation strategies for cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies.
  • Facilitate collaboration to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items.
  • Partner with teams to align remediation efforts with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Contribute to dashboard creation and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress.
  • Promote enablement by embedding risk-informed practices into operational and technical workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields.
  • A strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks.
  • CISSP certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.

This role requires a technically credible cybersecurity expert and skilled facilitator who can partner with business and technology teams.

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive cybersecurity risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will develop and execute remediation strategies to address cybersecurity risks, assessment findings, and control deficiencies. You will also facilitate collaboration among teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of risk items.

Additional responsibilities include partnering with teams to align remediation efforts with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations, contributing to dashboard creation and reporting tools that provide visibility into remediation progress, and promoting enablement by embedding risk-informed practices into operational and technical workflows.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 10 years' experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related fields, a strong understanding of IT control or cybersecurity frameworks, CISSP certification or equivalent work experience, and experience working across diverse teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
