About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cybersecurity Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our clients and their customers from cyber threats.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and be able to apply them in a real-world setting. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential security risks, develop and implement security protocols, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective security measures to protect against cyber threats
  • Analyze and respond to security incidents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in information security/cybersecurity engineering, systems administration, network security, or related field
  • Punctuality and timely attendance to external client and internal stakeholder needs

Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Security Tools SIEM: Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, Microsoft Sentinel)
  • Cloud Security: Experience securing AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud environments
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR): Hands-on experience with EDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender ATP, SentinelOne)
