The Software Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for software-related queries and requests.
  • Handle external customer calls, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Identify and troubleshoot causes of technical issues to resolve them effectively.
  • Record communication, actions, decisions, resolutions, feedback accurately on our internal systems.
  • Cover software support phone duties on a cyclical basis and be available periodically for out-of-hours telephone support.
  • Offer internal software support when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of dairy farming is advantageous.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role environment desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills (both verbal and written).

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
