Job Overview

The Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting project teams and supply chain partners by ensuring timely access to critical information.

  • Document Management: Maintain and update project document management systems, both digital and hard copy, to facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Issue drawings to internal teams, clients, and external supply chain partners in a controlled and timely manner.
  • Update and organise drawing registers as new information becomes available.
  • Maintain accurate records of all documentation for key stakeholders, including Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Designers, and Subcontractors.
  • Track and support the submission of technical submittals, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to issue tender enquiries and facilitate project requirements.
  • Collate and format O&M manuals at project close-out stage.
Key Requirements
  • A good standard of education, coupled with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A reliable and motivated approach to work.
