Job Title: Exchange Trade Fund Operations Assistant Manager

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee daily ETF operation processes. This encompasses trade matching, settlements, cash reconciliations, contract note release, and Net Asset Valuation.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with in-depth knowledge of traditional funds and specifically ETFs to make a significant impact. As an ETF Operations Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational relationship with ETF clients, acting as an escalation point for any issues related to portal access, settlements, and valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily ETF operations including trade matching, settlements, cash reconciliations, contract note release, and NAV.
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day operational relationship with ETF clients, including escalating issues related to portal access, settlements, and valuations.
  • Provide support on daily activities such as contract notes, settlements, queries, and client escalations within the ETF Operations team.
  • Review operating processes and procedures to reduce risk and enhance client experience in consultation with the Head of ETF Operations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience with ETF portals, NAV tools, and industry best practices. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential.
