ETF Servicing Analyst Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ETF servicing professional to join our team on a 9-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. Key responsibilities include compiling and delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties, monitoring daily ETF operations, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties.
  • Monitor daily ETF operations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
  • Act as an escalation point for Authorised Participants (APs), managing their queries effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with Investment Managers and APs.
  • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, escalating where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure robust control standards through daily task completion and oversight.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience servicing ETFs, with strong knowledge of the funds administration industry. You should also possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines. Strong communication and relationship management abilities are essential, as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is also required.
