Job Overview:

As a Payment Sales Manager in our Corporate team, you will be primarily responsible for growing and developing treasury services, merchant services, and trade business with existing and prospective clients.

You will provide innovative solutions to our clients to better manage their treasury operations and working capital.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understand their unique challenges, and partner with internal stakeholders to deliver complex products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell the entire Payments product suite, including treasury services, which covers core cash clearing, liquidity management, and foreign exchange solutions; merchant services, and trade & working capital.
  • Partner closely with regional teams to promote global efforts to expand existing business with current clients and proactively identify and align target prospective clients on delivering new Payments revenue.
  • Understand industry trends and requirements, and partner with internal stakeholders in the development, implementation, and delivery of complex products and solutions.
  • Build trusted relationships by taking a holistic view on our relationships, and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business objectives.
  • Engage clients at strategic levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
  • Creates strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices and opportunity quantification.
  • Leads regional Request For Proposals (RFP's) with parent HQ and country coverage teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a considerable level of relevant experience in Payments sales or related areas with proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win, and close new businesses.
  • Solid knowledge in cash & liquidity management products and understanding of compliance processes.
  • Effective selling, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent partnership and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
