About the ETF Servicing Role

We are currently seeking a skilled ETF Servicing Analyst to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of Exchange Traded Products (ETPs) within a dynamic and client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to ETF clients, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining a strong control environment and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service to ETF clients by ensuring all operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Compile and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to clients and relevant parties.
  • Monitor daily ETF operations and liaise with stakeholders to resolve exceptions.
  • Act as an escalation point for Authorised Participants (APs), managing their queries effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with Investment Managers and APs.
  • Identify and resolve service issues promptly, escalating where needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Ensure robust control standards through daily task completion and oversight.
Skill Requirements
  • Previous experience servicing ETFs, with strong knowledge of the funds administration industry.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset.
